GBC Palette Editor is a small tool designed to edit binary files (.pal) containing palettes in GBC format. It also allows you to extract colors from image saved in your clipboard.

You can also add comments to each .pal file using the small text box in the bottom right. The comment will be automatically saved and associated with the .pal file.
