Description:
DUMPSYM.EXE is the symbol dumping tool that was on official PSX devkit.
As it is an MS-DOS executable, you can’t run it on Windows nowadays.
Thanks to LAB313ru reverse-engineering of it, it can now be compiled.
For some reason he didn’t provide any binary, now you have one for Windows.
