Requires .NET Framework Source can be opened/built with Visual Studio 2010+
This program parses a Sega Genesis or Sega Mega Drive ROM and displays the header information. The header information can be edited and written back to the ROM. There is also a checksum fixer for Roms with incorrect checksums (hacks, homebrews, etc).
