RPG Tsukuru GB is a role playing game for the Game Boy Color.
Translation Description:
Just about all of the actual RPG Maker menus are translated. There’s still some formatting errors and the occasional spelling error, but that’s usually because of space concerns, I’m guessing. It looks like most all of the menu and text banks are 90% or better, you should be able to do something with this.
