Translation Description:
This is full polish translation of Evil Twin [dialogs, menus and dubbing (!)]. Added a 16:9 TV option, region free and 60hz fix.
Patch is ready to use with the PAL Dreamcast version of Evil Twin: Cyprien Chronicles. All files (near 150MB), selfboot tool and instructions (in Polish) is avalible on : https://segasky.itch.io/evil-twin-kroniki-cypriena-spolszczenie
Fully tested on real hardware and NullDC/Demul emulators.
