This game which was released in Japanese only, is a tactical spin-off of the popular shoot-em-up franchise R-Type from the late ’80’s/early 2000’s. The gameplay builds upon the first “Tactics” game, R-Type Command, and has greatly improved it with additional features such as:

• unit deployment inside ships/bases
• cooperative/competitive play for 2 people through ad-hoc
• game sharing mode
• new moves, such as “Jamming” and “Capture Bullet”

The game has been fully translated to English. It works on PSP, PSVita, and through PPSSPP on PC, Android, iPhone). Multiplayer functions only work on PSP/PSVita. This is due to the PPSSPP emulator, not due to the patch.
