The rebirth of a classic

Reviewed By: Brand.Newman on 28 Jan 2023

Being a kid in the 90’s, there wasn’t gonna be any holiday when I wouldn’t be bringing my Game Boy with me, and this game was always packed with it.

This patch brings the first episode of the series on the portable console to a brand new level, and even adds some new things, such as unique icons for each weapon.

The colours seem to come from an official release, and were obviously thought very much through (some would criticize the choice of purple for Elecman, but you can never satisfy everybody when it comes down to personal tastes).

In any case, this is a great way of (re)discovering the game, adds a lot more of visibility, less slowdowns, and should be tried by any Megaman fan out there!

Thank you so much for your work!
