Peculiar concept, but poor execution.

Reviewed By: Che33set1cksInWallachi4 on 26 Sep 2022

I went in to play this hack expecting to have a silly time playing as the crewmate, but what I got was a nonsense move-set, baffling music choices, and poor use of the characters Julius Mode provides.

Yoko and Alucard could’ve been replaced by other crewmates, with different sub-weapons and attacks to spice up the hack even more, but seeing the creator’s other “quick and dirty” hacks that doesn’t seem like a possibility.

Most bosses were kind of manageable, even with the crewmate’s bigger collision. But the Evil Soma boss battle was just straight up awful, the dragon’s collision seemed way too big and Soma just instantly teleporting got obnoxious to deal with, really not a good way to modify that boss, makes it feel too “ROM hacky.”

Overall, not a really good hack that could use more polish, just like every other hack from this creator…
