Sword of the Berserk - Guts’ Rage is an action beat ‘em up game for the Dreamcast.

Translation Description:

English translation for Berserk: Millennium Falcon-hen - Wasurebana no Shou for the Sega Dreamcast. All story dialogue, menus, and extra content is translated. The only thing that isn’t translated is the names and the logo during the opening credits sequence. Patch has been tested on Flycast, a real Dreamcast using a GDEMU, and a real Dreamcast using a burned CDI file.

Finally, the first-ever Berserk game gets a proper re-translation and “undub”!

The English voiceover of the original release is pretty atrocious – a so-bad-it’s-bad dub that couldn’t be rescued even by the presence of Cam Clarke (AKA Liquid Snake). That translation also mangled many of the references to the lore and backstory of Berserk, which means this hack is now the definitive version to play.

RIP Kentaro Miura, and thank you to the creator of this hack for your heartfelt tribute to his work.
