Game Description:
Well at first glance this here looks like one of them “funny” games. You know, like Earthbound or Hanjuku Hero or Goemon or something. You know, crazy wacky. It’s hard to tell with it all being in Japanese though. Other than that, this seems like a basic Dragon Warrior clone, and not at all worth a look unless you’re fluent in Japanese. Shrug.
Translation Description:
This is a complete translation for the wacky Japanese RPG, Ninja Rahoi. An English manual is also included with the translation.
aishsha did most of the translation and hacking, while Pennywise finished the hacking and did the final draft of the script. Ryusui, Eien ni Hen and harmony7 all contributed greatly during the revision stage.
This patch requires a headered ROM.

One of the bests DQ clones on Famicom
Reviewed By: Ness on 14 May 2022This translation is great, the game has a lot of humour, a lot of play on words and fourth wall breaking, but the translation never lets down.
The game itself is great, one of the best DQ clones I’ve played on Famicom (after Mother, Metal Max and Lagrange point, but that should go without saying). Gameplay is great and challenging and the world has a lot of charm. My only complains being fights having a bit too much text and text speed could be faster, there isn’t much in regards to overworld exploration, and it takes too long before the third party member joins up.
I’ve you already played all the FF/DQ games, the other jRPGs I mentioned above, and are still begging for more, you need to play this one as well as SD Keiji Blader translated by the same team!
