Description:
Gaiares Redux is a small balance and SRAM upgrade patch for Gaiares.
Changes:
- Start every life with a shield (Two extra hit points.)
- SRAM for saving progress
OPTIONAL: Gaiares SRAM Patch (No Shield included)
How To Save & Load: Saving: Game saves upon game start and after every life lost.
Loading: Hold B when booting your game, a message will appear confirming a successful load before the sega screen.
Note:
- Trying to load without a prior saved game will result in a black screen

I love a challenging game, but I have always thought Gaiares was brutal, especially as a kid. The addition of a double shield at the start of each life is a welcomed update. Nice work!
