This is quite a nice graphical hack that I want to see turned into a total conversion. I haven’t really run into any major problems with the hack, all that comes to mind are graphical nitpicks. Evil Ryu feels like he was obviously the first character hacked in due to his palette matching up with Mario’s (though to be fair the original Super Mario Kart had odd roster choices too). Ken’s hair reflections being mapped to his skin tone instead of a shade of white looks a bit off. Blanka and Zangief are blatant sprite edits of Bowser and DK Jr. respectively, although considering how these two look in official Street Fighter stuff I’d give it a pass.
