Description:
This is a patch intended for Rockman 2 or Megaman 2, which adds sliding, and charge shots to the game. Sliding is based on Megaman 3 physics, and charge shot is the large version from Megaman 5.
Also included is Weapon Swapping via Select Button.
It is free to use for any Rockman/Megaman 2 hacks if desired.

It’s almost a mandatory requirement for those that have completed at least the NES saga, as this hack makes Mega Man 2 ten times better than it already was. You never know how much you miss the charge shot and the ability to slide until you go back and play the games it wasn’t in yet. Now fans can experience one of the best Mega Man games in its utmost form. Using the charge shot helps limit the Metal Blade crutch (a crutch I admittedly really enjoy), and the slide helps mitigate the effects of head-level enemy projectiles, those spiked obstacles that crush the player beneath them, and even most of Air Man’s tornadoes! This hack is truly a labor of love that I’m not sure I can live without anymore.
