Streets of Rage 2 had a gritty, neon-infused art style. This patch brightens up the colours, losing the grit of the original. Characters especially are now obnoxiously bright against backgrounds that often weren’t changed at all. It’s nice Pyron shared his personal tweak, but this patch requires a lot more work. Everything needs to be changed to fit the new brighter style before I would recommend it. As is it’s kinda a mess.
