This was probably my favorite hacking editor to use ever. The process of making new levels is streamlined to the point where anyone can pick it up and put their creative level ideas out into the world. The creator has the ability to lay down any block they want, in any order or pattern or image they choose. And with the new bug fix (V1.1), every level can be completed and played through with powerups present in levels where they weren’t before (in the original game). Using this to make my Mega Man Arkanoid hack allowed me to express my passion for the classic series in a convenient and easy-to-use way. Kudos to the program creators and their dedication to this underrated SNES title and all the potential it holds for new design.
