Fire Emblem: Order of the Crimson Arm

Hack of Fire Emblem

Description:

Fire Emblem: Order of the Crimson Arm is a hack which follows the trials and tribulations of Algimas, an up and coming mercenary leader, and a foreign tactician testing their knowledge of warfare on the battlefield. The two set out together to the continent of Fadrel for fame and fortune. Over the course of time, both will go through various events which will decide not only their future, but the fate of many others as well.

This is the final incarnation of a long-running Fire Emblem hack, formerly known as TactHack. As the name implied, the game features a playable tactician, or “avatar” character, in the vein of Robin from Fire Emblem Awakening. General gameplay is similar to vanilla Blazing Sword, with little in the way of large mechanics changes.

See the Serenes Forest thread for further information, including how to replace the tactician’s portrait with whatever the player wants it to be.

A great original story

Reviewed By: realarmed on 03 Mar 2020

I played throught it and it’s a pretty fun experience as an old fan of Fire Emblem. It has a lot of variety and the original characters are pretty likeable to the point that you will resent that they’ll not have more participation in the overall story… like in your favorite Fire Emblem game! All I have to warn is that it gets very rough by the end of the game.
