Modified levels and bosses.
Reviewed By: ActionHenk on 04 Dec 2019This sprite hack is original and the stages and bosses are both modified. Metal Man’s stage is a slog at the end because you have to walk very slowly down a long conveyor belt, but in general design in this hack is good.
For the most part this hack emphasizes obstacles more than enemies (as seen in all the stages, including Heat Man’s), so it may be a refreshing experience for people who remember the three overpowered vanilla enemies from Mega Man 1.
The bosses are more challenging. You cannot defeat some of them with the buster…
