Description:

Tool to recalculate and update checksums in SNES ROMs. Useful if you want your translation or hack to show a “good” checksum after the ROM has been successfully patched.

For almost every ROM I have applied a patch to, this little program detects the different checksum and allows it to be updated so the ROM comes off clean. I do have a couple ROM’s that for some reason this program does not detect the different checksum, and so it won’t let me update causing a bed checksum error message. However these are rare.
