This level editor is very limited in what a designer can edit within the game. The only thing that can be edited are the level layouts and which color palettes are used. I couldn’t find any way to edit the locations of the enemies, which is essential in order to make a true new gaming experience. There are no additional features to speak of. It’s very possible that this program was never truly finished as being unable to change where the enemies appear renders the program almost useless. The only thing this level editor has going for it is the quirky title.
