Description:
In this hack you play as a mushroom free from his question mark block! Make your way through this strange variation of the mushroom kingdom controlling a power-up! This was made with new music, new graphics, new style of game-play, and according to the author 9.99% impossibility. Expect also weird enemy behavior that is not normal of a Super Mario Bros. play-through.

So This Is What a Power-Up Has to Go Through to Help the Hero...
Reviewed By: Megafield64 on 14 Jan 2014To begin, I absolutely love the concept of this hack. This is one of the most original ideas I have seen for a hack. Unfortunately for some hacks that have a great original concept end up lacking in the actual delivery of their concept, this one successfully brings its concept to life.
Within moments of gameplay, it is very easy to notice that a lot of hard work went into this project. Not only has Mario been changed into a nice looking Super Mushroom, there are details to each and every backdrop. Even the AI of the enemies have been changed along with the music and sound effects. Best of all, it all fits nicely with each other which creates a fun and enjoyable gaming experience to the player, even if the power-ups in this game are deadly.
