Description:
This hack restores four censored scenes that were cut from the English releases of Breath of Fire IV. It comes as a program that generates a new image file due to limitations with .ppf patches and copyrighted data being moved around. It is also compatible with this hack.
In addition, the program also provides an option to restore Scias’ Identify ability as well.
Notes:
- If the image generated by patcher.exe doesn’t work, try using patcheralt.exe.
- If you are playing with a save file created by the unpatched, original game, there may be incompatibilities. See the README for more info.

Reviewed By: Greyfox on 23 Sep 2023Just finished the game, and man, thank you very much. We know that American versions usually have censorship, but your version is very good indeed. Having identify working is also a good addition since the ability was previously useless.
