Description:
Patches that allow “Append Disc” 4 to boot as standalone games, rather than requiring they be launched first with “Pop’n Music 2″.
Extract the ZIP file containing the DCP patch file.
The DCP patch file shipped with this release is designed for use with Universal Dreamcast Patcher v1.3 or newer. Note that Universal Dreamcast Patcher supports both TOSEC-style GDI and Redump-style CUE disc images as source input.
1. Click “Select GDI or CUE” to open the source disc image.
2. Click “Select Patch” to open the DCP patch file.
3. Click “Apply Patch” to generate the patched GDI, which will be saved in the folder from which the application is launched.
4. Click “Quit” to exit the application.

Now we need PSX versions.
Reviewed By: danylopez123 on 02 Jun 2023I remember I’ve tried Pop’n Music 3 and 4 for the Playstation but for some reason, you need to first load Pop’n Music 2 and then select the disc option to load either 3 or 4 and I find that kind-of dumb, this hacks saves you from repeating those steps.
Since I’m more into the Playstation zone, I hope the same patches can be made for the PSX versions.
