Description:
Faceball 2000 - where flying faces come at you in a 3D environment.
The game could get a bit choppy at times with all of those floaty heads.
Fastrom should give this game a bit more power to push through the lag and make this a smooth face shooting experience.

Makes it a bit more playable
Reviewed By: Paladin356 on 28 May 2023Faceball 2000 is notoriously bad for its horrible framerate and being unable to find exactly where you’re being hit at. This hack aims to give it a FastROM to make the framerate a bit faster and truth be told, it does it. Does it make the game any more playable? A little bit. It still has some slowdown at times, and is still hard to play because of how relentless the enemy AI can be (I’m looking at you Gremlin!).
The bonus stage clock does move a bit faster because of the speed hack.
Overall, I do give this a recommendation…if you can get past how brutal the game is, you might find it marginally a bit more playable.
