Reviewed By: hmsong on 25 May 2023I gotta say. I love the changes you made to the robot masters. And it’s even more clear when you consider their pictures in stage select (bottom of the screen) – devs got this wrong, and you corrected this. Very well done.
I’m not sure which specific item you changed the shading for, but I’m sure it’s good.
Now, for the Stone Man’s stage. I’m not entirely sure if I like it. I took a look at the Stone Man’s stage (NES), and you are entirely correct on the coloring. The problem is, in GB monochrome colors, it looks like the “stones” are either crystal or snow. It really doesn’t seem to quite… work.
Overall, it’s good, because the color is definitely more accurate. Still, I wish the Stone Man’s stage remained the same as vanilla.
