Description:
Color and Graphics hack. Title screen, options screen, select, vs, characters, stages…all have been reworked from scratch.
New release inspired by my Hyper Champion Edition released in 2018.
This patch was already launched online in 23-12-2020 on my YT channel.

Reviewed By: Electric_Lizard on 22 Mar 2023I have played this hack on the original Sega Genesis Model 1 hardware, the Sega Genesis Model 2 hardware via an Everdrive MD Pro. So my statement is not based on screenshots. I have also played it on an SNES through the retro-gen adapter (just out of curiosity).
In my opinion this has dethroned Pyron’s version (which is great) and is now the definitive home console port of this game on the 16-bit consoles. This is particularly true when viewing the game on a CRT television through composite or S-Video.
How the author was able to get these colors from the Genesis’ 64 on screen colors is beyond what I can comprehend. Really fantastic job.
