Game Boy Color Picker is meant to help with colorizing Game Boy games, or developing homebrew.

It runs on Game Boy Color and Game Boy Advance emulators, or real hardware using a flash cart. It does one thing and one thing only: Allows you to select four colors at a time from any of the 32,768 the hardware can display, and immediately see what they look like and the numeric value you need for your project.
