Description:
Mario finds himself in a post-apocalyptic world ridden with acid and toxic waste. With the princess gone, Mario knows what he must do: travel through eight areas to rescue the princess from his nemesis’s clutches and restore order to the Mushroom Kingdom.
This hack was made in ten days for SMB Jam 2023 and placed third out of eight entries. Compared to the original jam release, the graphics bank-switching routine has been modified to account for bus conflicts present on genuine cartridge boards.
