This mod removes the background music in Chrono Trigger. Thank you to Pseudoarc from the Jets of Time Chrono Trigger Randomizer Discord server for providing the initial Python script that was used to silence most of the game’s music and some of the sound effects. Readmit expanded the script and changed things within it so that it would keep the sound effects and remove all of the music; however, the pendulum sound at the game’s title screen could not be kept. This mod is compatible on both emulator and original hardware, and it is also compatible with the Chrono Trigger Randomizer.
