Description:
The storyline remains the same, but all dungeons have been changed. In short, it is “New Master Quest”.
This patch was created with the desire to play OoT in the new dungeons like MQ. There are basically no changes to the map except for the dungeons, no graphical changes, and no text changes. Enjoy as pure MQ alternative.
There are two types of patch files., Normal Edition and Master Mode Edition. Master Mode Edition adds the following options to Normal Edition.
- Some cutscenes, such as the opening, will be skipped.
- All damage Link receives will be doubled.
- Boss and Mini-Boss HP will be doubled.
- Recovery Hearts will not drop from grass or enemies.
- Recovery with potions and fairies will be reduced.
Also, some of the modifications for this romhack were done with a great tool, Patcher64+ Tool. More details can be found in the readme file.
