FF5, like most RPGs, has a set of equipment and magic spells that can be permanently missed if they are not acquired at the exact right time in the story. This is annoying, so these patches fix that by ensuring all missable items and spells can be obtained, even if you miss your first chance.

Included are two patches:

• Shops Patch: Adds the missable spells and non-unique missable items to shops throughout the game.
• Monster/Treasure Patch: Relocates unique missable items that can be missed to non-missable boss drops and treasure boxes.

Note that each is a separate IPS patch, but you can go ahead and use them both if you want both sets of changes! See the readme for the exact location of each item if you want to be spoiled.

These patches should be compatible with every SNES version of Final Fantasy 5 (Original Japanese, RPGe Translation, GBA Script Port… but not FF5Spoof, because it already handles this in a different way), and are probably compatible with every other mod out there unless it’s a gigantic overhaul mod.
