Description:
Sonic the Hedgehog - Painful World Spikes Kazio; Sonic: PWSK - is a hack of Sonic the Hedgehog for Sega Mega Drive/Genesis.
It gives each Zone a new palettes and layouts, with the latter designed to be more difficult than those of the original game. Originally planned small ROM hack, it has grown into a more serious project.
