Trauma Center Under the Knife Button Controls Hack

Hack of Trauma Center: Under the Knife

This hack adds tool switching using the D-pad and buttons in addition to the touchscreen-based tool switching.

The hack should work in a story-safe way so it should be possible to play through the game without being able to access tools you shouldn’t be able to use. You can also skip dialogues by touching anywhere in the screen, and not only by touching the “Call” button or pressing A.

Best suited for players on emulators, since you can switch tools with keyboard shortcuts, instead of only through mouse clicking the tools.
