Introduced by rainponcho who last posted in 2017.

• Allows EXP to roll over to the next level and allows gaining multiple levels in one battle. (In vanilla, any extra EXP past a level up is lost.)
• So, this makes the game a little less grindy.
• No longer conflicts with Fastrom Patch.

Thanks to KingMike for help explaining uninitialized RAM, and thanks to torha for fixing the patch conflict. Now it doesn’t matter which order you patch both of them.
