Description:
This mod is a replacement for NoOneee’s Encounter Rate Bugfix and Modifier, as that mod contained several bugs of its own and did not resolve the original bug.
This correctly fixes the bug that caused encounter rate to be lower than intended when moving up/right. (The faster rate when moving down/left is actually the correct rate.)
In addition to the bugfix to restore the intended encounter rate, this mod also includes separate patches to halve or double the rate, as well as one for zero encounters. (Note that these patches do not affect the world map encounter rate. This will hopefully be addressed in a future version.)
This mod is installed using the LODModS patcher (v1.3 or greater).
