Description:
This patch simply allows the player to go backwards through their inventory when holding down the L button, very handy late in the game when you’ve amassed a decent arsenal. The formerly unused Select button now brings up the victim radar as well as the R button (unchanged from the original game).
Since releasing Oh No! More Zombies Ate My Neighbors, I’ve received a ton of emails from people who wanted to use this feature in the vanilla game, as well as hackers who wanted to include this feature in their own hacks, so hopefully this will make their lives easier.
New version (by Board_Avenger) retains the original ROM’s 1.00 MB file size after patching.
This mod is fully compatible with Board_Avenger’s Bloody Disgusting Edition and they work well in the same ROM. To use both together, you can simply apply either one of the two patches to your source ROM, then take your newly patched ROM and apply the second patch to that to get a final ROM with both mods activated.
Enjoy and happy zombie hunting!
