Description:
These hacks restore all the content that got cut in the American versions of both games back to them.
Here’s what they do to them:
Strider:
Restores Hiryu’s missing “Hah!” voice track that he uses when he attacks enemies & bosses with his Cypher.
Restores the original uncensored sprites of the Amazon enemy.
Strider 2:
Restores the missing Japanese audio back to the cutscenes.
Fixes spelling errors in the text that are used in the Stage 00 cutscene.
Removes the anti-modchip protection.
The 0xED hex editor was used to make these hacks.
