Description:
The Phoenix Cave and Kefka’s Tower are two dungeons with a unique feature: you have to split into multiple parties when you enter them. These dungeons also have Save Points within them; when a party steps onto a Save Point, you can Save your game. However, try switching to another party and you’ll notice you still have the ability to Save, regardless of whether or not that party is on a Save Point. Not only that, but they can also use Tents and Sleeping Bags. This patch adds a Save Point check to the party switching function.
