Wicked old version, 2.1 is the latest release but this is newer than that one. I reckon 2.x Git conveys it's a 2. something, rather than a 1.0 if unknown.
Here is a full level hack for Rockman 2 which changes all the level layouts in the game. Also all the stage graphics have been edited, enemy AI has been altered, and the enemies + bosses have been redrawn.
