Description:
This is a hack of the 2010 version of Donkey Kong. This ROM was found on special Wii consoles in the EU. The hack replaces the main character with Pauline. It was made by a father for his three year old daughter, who wanted to play as Pauline instead of the main character. The hack made headlines at many gaming sites. Read one such story here. The main patch is in Xdelta3 format. “All files” should be selected instead of the default option to make the patch show up when using xdelta UI to patch the ROM. xdelta UI doesn’t recognize Xdelta3 formats by default.
Because the 2010 Donkey Kong ROM isn’t widely available, a patch that converts the Donkey Kong (U) (PRG1) [!] ROM into the 2010 ROM is also included. This patch is in Xdelta format.
