Gyakuten Saiban 3 is the third in the series of GBA courtroom simulations by Capcom. Before you fall asleep, though, you should know that this isn’t the dry, ponderous courtroom-video-game of yesteryear your father played on his Atari 2600. No, here we’ve got tons of manga-inspired slapstick and hyper-melodrama to keep you pumped as you review evidence and conduct intense cross-examinations.

Anyway, I don’t know all that much about the game, except that apparently you spend a lot of time exposing your own client as lying scum. Honestly, though, it seems fun, and while its judicial accuracy is questionable at best, you can probably still learn lots of handy Japanese courtroom vocabulary. And, you know, all the cool kids are playing it.
