Well, I figured I might as well post this in good holiday spirit. Doesn't mean there'll be a holiday release for it though. Probably some time next year.
Is that really for the Famicom? Coz those 90's styled character designs are so nostalgic.  :-*

A very early concept of a Mega Man 3 hack with Character specified Abilities and Attributes. The idea behind it is to make every Weapon/Character feel and play differently.
This is just a demo of the base code, effects and attributes can be added/adjusted for each Weapon/Character separated into 3 Layers depending on the Level of Charger and current Weapon Energy.

Any feedback or suggestions is welcome.

A new video of my Megaman NES Homebrew Demo.

I have resumed work on it after a couple of months of a break.

For the next video, I want to show Megaman's first step and running, and be able to switch the color of Megaman with the select button. :)

I'm quite happy of the hack but if there could be a smoother way to do this without the forced V-Blank screen flashing it would be great...

Some ideas:
- Topman weapon can make you fall slowly spinning (like magnet in your video)
- Spark attack could have the big attack that sparkman uses with charge
- Maybe change the magnet attack to it returns after attack (like shadowman weapon, for example)

I've been tinkering with Final Fantasy IV lately, and it's been a lot of fun

This is amazing.  It reminds me of the "Vietnamese Crystal" thing quite a lot.

It's more like the Pokemon Blue Google Translate edition.

'We have to find some way to incorporate the general civilians in the plot.'

'We'll kill off children in the Juuban district with an infection where they cough up blood and are found hanging themselves from cherry blossom trees.'

Some mega man x hack I started a couple of months ago. Riddled with bugs and invisible enemies. that was a practice hack, I'm still having a hard time figuring out how all the events work... it's way more complicated then zelda 3 editing.

Here's a little clip of my Lolo 3 hack...  :D

Your SML2 color hack keeps getting better, how were you able to add Luigi to the game?

Thanks!

Surprisingly, it wasn't that difficult. I just copied the Bank with the OAM attributes and the one with Mario's sprites to blank Banks and then added a conditional on the routines that switches to them. Then all that was left was editing the OAM attributes a bit to fit the new graphics.
