ZAMN hack with story and open world structure?

Hi, is there actually a Zombies ate My neighbours Romhack with a coherent storyline?
And that's not strutctured in the level by level way, but more in a open world scenario?
I'd really like to see that. I'm really bad at ZAMN, so I'm having trouble to progress far in these games. I think a more open world structure may change that.

If there was such a hack, it would probably be very easy to find as that would require considerable effort to construct and ZAMN is a relatively popular game.

It would probably be easier to write an entirely new game from scratch. And that is something that has been done.
