Submission for game not on RHDN

I wish to submit a utility to ROMhacking.net for the game F-Zero Maximum Velocity (GBA), but it isn't in the list. I don't see an option to add a game to the database, but I might be missing it. What do?

Near the bottom of the submission form when you go to submit something to the site, there's a collapsible section labeled "New Game Entry", which is what you need to submit something for a game that doesn't have a page.
