Hello, im searching the last Version of the FF VI - Ted Woolsey Uncensored Edition without the B Button Dash Patch. Does someone has this Version?

Oh yeah, that was a thing at some point.  I would wager probably not, that was quite a long time ago.  Probably wouldn't be as stable either.

Last I checked TWUE uses this B Button dash.  You should be able to just use the anti-patch found in the link to remove it.
