help with feidian

Hi I am using (or trying to use) feidian 0.90a I have downloaded the tile templates and tried with neogeo16.php

feidian.php -cr neogeo16,16,16,1 CHIP.SPR out

But the out output is garbage and not even the full image. Can anyone help please. The image is from a neo geo cd game.

Neo-Geo CD? You need to know the address where the graphics are, you can't just expect FEIDIAN to extract everything, even when using Neo-Geo, that holds separate romsets for graphics.

I extracted the file from the iso i can extract woth ngfx but its super slow and i wanted to batch extract all the graphics files.
