Help with modding using DeltaPatcher

I'm trying to mod Pizza Tower without using PizzaOven, because I can't use more than one mod with it. I'm using DeltaPatcher because it's an xdelta file. I put in the data.win file and the xdelta file (which i did unzip), but it keeps saying "xdelta3: target window checksum mismatch: XD3_INVALID_INPUT" I just wanted to give the italian different outfits, I didn't sign up for this!
