I think you may have touched on the issue though. I can't see any images, just a jumbled mess. I don't mean tiles are all mixed up, I mean the pixels are too erratic to form an image regardless of how you arrange the tiles.

Shame, ArkanEdit is about the easiest editor I've ever seen it just doesn't change the title screen.
