Need Help with Pancake 3 (SOR3)

Hi, I've been having trouble using Pancake 3 by gsaurus.

When I load Pancake 3 up in Windows the application doesn't start. Instead it tells me it cant find any guide files, but I have them in the same folder. When I load it with Mac OS the application starts but when I load a bin file no images appear and I get errors. I'm assuming its because it can't find any of the guide files either. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
