Hi guys. Please, where can I just change the Whip SFX from the US version with this from the Japanese version?

And more, I would like do the same thing for this patch.

The forums aren't really the place for "hack request of x". You could start by explaining in detail what you want to do, what you've done etc and someone would hopefully point you in the right direction. It's very uncommon for someone to just do a random hack request.
