Mega Man 2 hacking help.

Basically, what the title says. I need help with hacking MM2 with these following things:

1. modifiying weaknesses
2. boss AI modification
3. screen transitions

Also, how do I modify the ROM map?

I hope you're not expecting someone to do all the work for you. What have you learned so far?  Have you looked at some of the other hacks or utilities available for this game? Has anyone done something similar to what you are trying to do?

So I looked in the Data Crystal and all the addresses that change how things work is located in the ROM map. And the FCEUX hex editor doesnt have that so

And what do you think that means..? "Modifying the ROM map" makes it sound like you want to change the locations of that data for some reason.

It wouldn't have all the convenient labels in the ROM map, no, but that's what the ROM map is for.  Like, "Wood Man's contact damage" has a value of 08 at address 0x02E9C4, so if you go to address 0x02E9C4 in the hex editor, you should find the value of 08 there.
